What You'll Do :
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils both by hand and by utilizing dish washer
Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering
Set up or break down dishwashing area while following sanitation guidelines
Other responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, bathroom cleaning, equipment cleaning, and garbage removal
Assemble / disassemble dish machine
Communicate with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
Maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner
Clean fryers, braisers and flat top griddles as directed by management
Notify Management any time the dish machine wash or rinse cycles fall below safety standard temperatures
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines while working in the kitchen and around food products
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices
Additional duties as assigned
About You :
A hard worker who thrives in a busy environment
A team player looking to help streamline processes and procedures
A general knowledge of how to safely handle knives, hand tools, utensils and all standard commercial kitchen equipment
An understanding of chemicals and sanitizing products used in kitchen sanitation
Good working knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures and safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to communicate clearly with Management and fellow Associates
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times throughout their shift
Ability to work varied hours / days as dictated by business

What You'll Do :
In a timely fashion, assemble, organize, prepare, and fill food orders according to company specifications and recipes
Prepare and fill orders accurately based on production schedule
Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production kitchen departure times
Follow proper handling, preparation, and holding guidelines; assist in maintaining foods in sufficient qualities while minimizing over-production and waste
Understand and follow all policies and standard operating procedures for the back of house
Work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
Demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members
Assist to meet performance goals set by the Managing Director of Culinary, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef
Ensure safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery
Attend daily briefings and safety meetings
Maintain a clean and organized work area

About You :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume food industry settings
Strong knife skills & understanding of all cooking methods
Previous experience working with knives in culinary environment
Flexible schedule with weekend availability

What You'll Do :
Receive and document curbside orders
Shop curbside orders in the store
Receive and fulfill external channel orders - GrubHub, Caviar, Instacart
Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of Company policy.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and efficient databases and a smooth flow of information throughout the store and Company
Answer customer service calls and assist customers as necessary
Responsible for both daily and weekly financial reporting
Track all money going in to and out of the store safe
Provide retail / cashiering support as required
Other administrative duties as assigned
About You :
Associate’s degree with a concentration in business and 1-3 years of cash handling experience and / or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, employees and co-workers
Ability to read and write accurately and clearly to complete all documentation and record keeping
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to maintain organization while multi-tasking and prioritizing and ability to meet daily, weekly and fiscal period deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, based on the needs of the team and the store

What You'll Do :
Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of the position and Company policy
Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment
Assemble various products for shipment
Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded to be shipped
Notify supervisor immediately of any shortages
Carry or transport orders to shipping area
Repack any orders that require such handling as necessary
Meet Company standards for productivity
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
Receiving
Basic computer literacy
Stock shelves in the Warehouse
Operate forklift and hand jacks in performance of order filling duties as required
Report any necessary equipment maintenance to immediate supervisor
Conduct physical inventories as required
Ensure that all federal, state, local and Company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, sanitation and weights and measures are met
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area
Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
Perform additional duties as assigned
Must have early hours availability
About You :
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
Ability to read, count accurately and perform simple math for completion of order filling
Ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and Supervisor
Forklift certification strongly preferred
Ability to follow directions accurately

What You'll Do :
