TI&SC Capabilities Execution and Communications Manager
Summary:
TI&SC Capabilities Execution and Communications Manager plays a critical role in leading TI &SC Capabilties communications and rewards and recognition programs and executing and ensuring the long-term health of TISC Capabilities programming. This role will execute critical programming across TI&SC and partner across TI&SC capabilities to proactively set clear metrics for all programs aligned with TI&SC success criteria, lead tracking, reporting and continuouse improvement action planning with TI&SC Capabilities program owners. Critical partnerships will be with TI&SC Capabilities, HR, Learning and Development, Learning Operations, Platform Services, etc. This role will play a critical role in the practical and systemic advancement of the TI&SC People, Capabilities and culture agenda.
Key Expectations:
Lead TI&SC Capabilitites Communications
- Own, lead, plan and execute TI&SC Capabilities calendar including partnering across TI&SC capabilities, TI&SC cross functions, OU’s, functions, to develop full calendar of coordinate capability programming.
- Strategic communication TI&SC rewards and recognition programming to drive learning culture
- Lead TI&SC Capabilities communications strategies and partner with TI&SC communications leaders to execute- career month, growth expo, culture taskforce, ongoing capabilities programming, etc.
Strategic and System Capabilities Measurements, Reporting and Continuous Improvment
- Own TI&SC Capabilities Effectiveness Scorecard- define template, align metrics, ensure tracking, reporting and “horizon look ahead” on progress and risk, gaps vs metric successful completion
- Ensure all TI&SC programming has proactive, clear success criteria, metrics, effectiveness assessments and continuous improvement plans
- Partner with Learning and Development to determine best approaches and execution for metric creation, tracking and reporting relevant to maximize impact of TI&SC Capabilities programming
- Evaluate effectiveness of communications and determine best ways to communicate, survey and engage TI&SC organization to maximize impact of TI&SC capabilities
- Own portions of budget areas as needed (rewards & recognition, etc)
Execute TI&SC Defined Programming
- Execute current and evolved Supply Chain programming portfolio in partnership with Learning Operations
- Own and lead TI&SC rewards and recognition programming, metrics and continuous improvment plans
- Contribute to GSC LN Capabilities, People and Culture content and execution
Transform Critical People and Culture Capabilities
- Active participation in planning, and execution of annual Growth Expo
- Partner to develop and lead execution of post Career month momentum calendar
- Lead/partner to deliver Big Rocks
Network Leadership
- Develop and lead x-TISC Total Capability Community connect
- Actively engage in cross-TI&SC functional capability network and routines (w/R&D, Supply Chain, QSE, CPS, SRA, FS, etc)
- Active participation and represents TI&SC Capabilities Learning Development (TLE) routines and other relevant forums
- Imports and exports best practices across functions/geographies for the betterment of the organization
- Connect external to the company to “bring the outside in” and ensure TI&SC capabilities is best in class
Cultural Role Model
- Role models capability building behaviors themself
- Builds a talent pool / succession plan for their role through developing others
- Engages with the broader capability community (TISC, OU, cross-functional, etc)
- Teaches and develops others
In this role you will deliver and participate in the following:
- Leading critical partnerships with Platform services, Learning Develop, Learning Operations, HR, etc to ensure systemic and sustainable approaches and tools for today and future
- Partner with Learning Development and Capabilities metrics team to levearge analytics, data and tools to asses critical needs for TI&SC.
- Develop learning and other assessments for TI&SC and critical metrics to ensure effectiveness of programs, tools, and progression of learning of the organization.
- Opportunities to learn and lead large programs- Growth Expo.
- Use data, analytics and external benchmarks to inform strategy and decision-making, while also staying connected to business realities
- Drive the change to create a learning culture by designing and leading the development of tailored learning approaches, platforms, tools in partnership with the global TI&SC, global HR Learning COE, etc
- Orchestrating curriculum development and delivery platforms
- Optimizing user experience, roll-out, support & adaptation of the program.
- advise stakeholders on best practices in adult learning such as social & peer learning, gamification of learning, informal learning, and real-time performance support.
- Participate in the capability communities of practice to deliver across the global Function
- Consult and contribute across TI&SC and TCCC Learning organization to design, develop, and test learning content
- Strengthen the learning mindset in the organization, educating TI&SC on learning & capability building.
- Lead Capability and Development business planning aligned to the global ABP calendar and milestones
- Actively participate and contribute to the “Big Bets” of TI&SC People, Capability and Culture Agenda
- Champion a culture of learning, experimentation and knowledge sharing across the function.
Work To Be Done:

Experience Needed:
- Ideally 5-8+ years’ experience in Corporate and Operating Unit environment
- Prior Capability experience, function or HR
- Experience in needs analysis, impact assessment, and future skill requirements
- Flexible and team-oriented, with proven ability to act as a change agent across all levels of an organization including leading teams of 10+ Sr level associates at a matrixed level
- Proven leadership skills, ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders, quickly achieve results & scale solutions.
- Strong project management experience
- Experience partnering and managing third party vendor relationships
- Consistent delivery of solutions that achieve business results
- Adept at facilitating large groups and aligning on key agreements
