Job Summary We are looking for someone to lead and grow a team who will be responsible mainly for Treasury and Payments Processes for a great hotel company. You would be responsible for managing all credit card processing functions, including merchant identification number additions, acquirer vendor management, technology connectivity, the payment cycle reconciliation process, and chargebacks. Responsibilities : Manage relationships with credit card processors Manage credit card reconciliations, chargeback processing & reporting Manage the setup / deactivation / updates purchase cards Identify digital commerce fraud solution providers Focus on the development of virtual payments platform Identify new payment engagement sources for the use of loyalty and gift cards Qualifications 4 or more years experience managing credit card processing functions, including merchant identification numbers, acquirer vendor management, technology connectivity, the payment cycle reconciliation process, and chargebacks. Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting practices. Experience using Yardi is preferred. Knowledge of cash and reconciliation accounting. Experience with web-based banking software and treasury management systems. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards. Employees must also maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Directly supervises 1-15 employees in the Front Desk. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
