Provides guests with exceptional service when they check in and out of the hotel and answer any questions Answers phone in a professional manner Room Reservations : Answer incoming calls and assist guest with all inquiries pertaining to but not limited to hotel reservations. The Hotel Sales Representative will be directly responsible for increasing the company’s sales in the assigned territory for the hotel sales channel. The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with customers and persuade others to purchase products.
