Backstage Hospitality Attendant|Part-time| Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
Overview
The Backstage Hospitality Attendant provides efficient, friendly service to high profile cliental in a fast paced performing arts environment.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $16 to $18.
For PT roles : Benefits : 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
Responsibilities
- Performs set up and breakdown procedures in backstage areas, green rooms and dressing rooms.
- Reads and understands information provided in BEO's ,can communicate needs to culinary team.
- Observes guests and anticipates food & beverage needs, completes all steps of service as assigned.
- Provides highest quaility service to guests while communicating in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensures cleanliness of food & beverage areas, kitchens and pantries.
- Performs proper table maintenance and buses tables when necessary.
- Follows instructions carefully per artist rider and stocks locations as requested.
- Maintains a clean and stocked stations and completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area with adequate supply level.
- Has a professional demenor while working alongside high profile idustury cliental.
- Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business need.
- Complies with safe alcohol and food service policies.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, self starter, must be able to work idependendtly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, sevice orintated postion.
- Basic wine,pirits and food service preferred.
- Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification.
