Graphic Designer
Location : Los Angeles, California (on-site)

The Graphic Designer will be able to design original artwork, including illustrations, info-graphics, collage, and animations for social media content, advertisement, email-marketing, merchandise, PragerU original series, and print collateral.
The candidate will also be responsible for researching and developing creative solutions to PragerU's social media, fundraising, and marketing needs.
If hired, the candidate will report directly to the VP of Design.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Hands-on Design
- Photo retouching, photo-manipulation and compositing with Adobe Photoshop and / or Lightroom.
- Vector graphics with Adobe Illustrator
- Print collateral with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Animated and video content with Adobe AfterEffects and Premier
- Reformat and resize digital / print content according to multiple publishing specs across our digital platforms - Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, website, etc.
Adherence to Brand Standards
- Design digital and print content in alignment with current Brand Guidelines.
- Responsible of upholding brand standards and file naming conventions
- Maintain quality, organization and proper optimization for all digital platforms
- Project revisions : take a lead role in the revision process, incorporating feedback on projects from the Marketing team.
Research & Conceptualizing
- Develop new visual styles, formats, layouts and content to better convey PragerU's message to audiences.
- Become well-versed in PragerU content, past and present, as well as relevant non-PragerU content.
- Brainstorm with the Marketing department and collaborate with other departments when necessary.
- Propose new content ideas on a weekly basis.
- Propose and produce new Key Art and digital projects as needed.
- Monitor competitors' design work and research new & successful design trends for opportunities to improve PragerU content.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of graphic design, or a portfolio that reflects the equivalent experience.
- Adept at use of the Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, AfterEffects, and Premier.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask; you will be expected to work on multiple projects at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Range : The salary target for this role is $52,000 - $65,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
