Responsibilities : Client is seeking an onsite graphic designer to collaborate closely with Creative Director, Art Directors, and design team to craft both digital and print materials in service of the wide variety of creative projects for which the CIA is responsible, including the companys many websites, custom branded events, advertising campaigns, print publications, digital communications, and high-level, multimedia presentations. The right candidate should be able to design and / or source assets quickly based on sketches, draft slides, data and content requirements gathered from different departments under the direction of the senior members of the team. The role requires attending meetings both internally and offsite (production houses, event venues, etc), as well as taking ownership of projects as the designer becomes fully immersed in the portfolio of client's brands. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations including Amazon Prime Video, the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. We have a team of just over 500 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. This role sits with our Content Team connecting fans using digital platforms. Our services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialisation of digital platforms. Requirements Requirements We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative studio offering in the USA, reporting to our US Design Lead, working alongside our wider Two Circles Marketing and Consultancy teams for a groundbreaking project with one of the world’s biggest - and most famous - sports rightsholders. About you The ideal candidate will be a sports fanatic with a detailed eye for brand and design. You will be a highly productive and creative individual capable of creating best-in-class digital assets that demand attention on social. You will be able to take basic brand guidelines and help them evolve. You will enjoy working to longer deadlines on proactive briefs, but also have the flair to react to emerging sporting narratives with quick turnaround creative treatments. Your main duties & responsibilities : Knowledge of NFL : The designer should have a good understanding of the sport they are designing for, including its rules, teams, players, and current events. This will help them create engaging and relevant designs. Design skills : The designer should have strong skills in graphic design, including knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. They should also have experience using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Creativity : The designer should be able to come up with creative and unique ideas for social media graphics that capture the excitement and energy of live sports events. Attention to detail : The designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality designs that are error-free and visually appealing. Ability to work under pressure : Live sports events can be fast-paced and unpredictable, so the designer should be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. POSITION PURPOSE : Develop artwork and logo driven graphics that are in line with the need of the Designer and the Guess, Inc. corporate vision. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Work with the Design team to develop artwork that is market right and in line with the trends. Work on logo artwork identification including trim items. Ensure that all timelines are met. Work with Design and outside vendors on techniques. Also ensure that graphics are set up to react to specific techniques properly. Shop the market for new labeling concepts and graphic techniques. Maintain library archives of all artwork produced including any graphics that drop out of line. Ensure that any artwork that is physically borrowed is checked out and returned properly. EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree
