Overview :
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our high performing corporate finance team. As a Financial Analyst on our team, you will help determine and execute the strategic path for managing DaVita’s $11B revenue and $8B operating portfolios.
You will be challenged to critically think through complex problems and help solve critical business issues that affect our daily operations & overall strategy (with a focus on treatment and patient volume).
We are looking for someone who can build relationships with our cross-functional partners. On our team, we will ask you to use your analytical mindset to drive change in the areas where you find fulfillment.
Your work will be visible to senior leadership and you’ll have opportunities to present your findings to executive leaders.
Responsibilities Include :
Partner and build relationships with our Operational Finance teams to help analyze and drive performance within our clinics
Build & maintain complex financial models that help support decision making treatment volume forecasting, which drive many of the Village’s strategic decisions
Help build DaVita’s annual operating budget and work with stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information has been considered and addressed
Desired Qualifications :
Ability to critically think through business and operational problems and leverage data to help drive solutions
Desire to innovate existing processes, develop recommendations, and implement solutions to help grow our business
Able to prioritize multiple tasks, identifying and acting on most important business problems to solve
Ability to take constructive feedback and quickly implement into your work
Intellectually curious, strong desire to learn, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
Aggressively pursue professional development opportunities available to DaVita Teammates to help further your career
Willingness to learn and development technical skills with programs like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and our cloud reporting software Anaplan
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
0-2 years professional experience in analytics / quantitative field (e.g., finance, strategy, etc.)
