About the role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing key revenue analytics support for the firm. Other key responsibilities include :
- Working in a global team environment to complete ad-hoc financial analysis, reports, and special projects related to client statistics and firm financial metrics
- Utilizing analytical skills and expert knowledge of business, economics, finance, and accounting to complete complex tasks
- Accurately interpreting requests for analysis and reporting to produce appropriate and correct final work product
- Effectively communicating work product to colleagues across the firm through e-mail, phone, web conference, video conference, and in-person presentations;
answering any questions that may arise regarding the data and / or analytical methods and assumptions used to build the work product
Making recommendations to streamline workflow and process within the organization; utilizing new technologies to automate tasks and reporting
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you :
- Demonstrate a high level of organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude
- Possess excellent organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Display flexibility with respect to assigned tasks due to changing deadlines, changing deliverables and changing task priorities
And have :
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- A minimum of two (2) or more years of related analytical experience in finance or accounting
- Experience at a professional services organization
Compensation & Benefits
Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
