Your New Role
Warner Bros. Studio Operations (WBSO) is seeking a talented professional to join the WBSO Finance team. The position’s primary focus is to provide financial support to the top-rated Warner Bros.
Studio Tour Hollywood (consist of Admission, Retail, and Food & Beverage) and the Food Services group on the Warner Bros.
Burbank lot. This position will partner closely with the operations and assist in providing support in the day-to-day operations and budget and forecasting processes.
This position will also assist in gathering and analyzing data to gain business insights.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Prepare and submit P&L and Capital budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes including KPIs and variance analysis explanations.
- Partner with operations management and assist in providing Finance support to their operation through timely and meaningful reporting and analysis (e.g., Daily Ops Report).
- Perform detailed research and analysis on key balance sheet areas (such as inventory balances, unearned revenues, and accounts receivable);
and sales and cash audit processing, uploads, and integration related to LOB systems (Galaxy, Aptos).Coordinate with other departments in issue resolution.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a large public company
- Must have 3+ years of experience in a Finance and Accounting
- Experience with financial analysis, financial reporting, general accounting, and budgeting & forecasting
- Previous experience and / or passion in theme park / visitor attractions / hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration required
- MS Excel (advanced)
- MS Word (proficient)
- MS PowerPoint (proficient)
- SAP (preferred)
- Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred)
- Various LOB systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple assignments and priorities with a professional attitude to deliver professional results
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while understanding when to communicate updates, follow up, and seek guidance from management
- Ability to self-review own work and produce accurate, reliable, and high-quality work on a timely manner
- Ability to work with different systems and develop working knowledge of new systems

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required.
$72,247.00 - $134,172.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
