Executive Assistant
Our client is a leading service provider of municipal and industrial water markets for over 60 years providing safe, long-term sustainable asset management solutions throughout the entire water utility infrastructure.
They are in search of an experienced Executive Assistant to provide operational day-to-day support to the CEO. This is a dynamic role offering a tremendous amount of exposure and responsibility.
This position is based in Atlanta, GA with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational assistance to the CEO and additional executive leadership on an as needed basis.
This position requires a high level of flexibility based on the CEO’s schedule and support needed.
Essential Job Functions include :
- Support the CEO in all areas including calendar management, incoming calls, email, office mail, file / document management, business travel, expenses reports, and meeting scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, tact, and professionalism at all times.
- Follow up on all communications and projects on behalf of the CEO. Relay progress reports in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Support Senior Leadership Team on an as needed basis.
- Assists in the planning and arrangement of company events and functions.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and mail distribution.
- Responsible for receptionist duties including greeting and announcing office visitors.
- Work with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the CEO or Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications include :
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting the C-Suite.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
- Experience with Oracle and Concur is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the CEO’s schedule and availability.
- Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven.
- Agile, flexible, and able to adjust to changing priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency with high quality standards in all areas of responsibility.
