The incumbent will deliver top-tier administrative analysis and support to the distinguished Division Chief, Associate Chief, and esteemed team of experts in the cutting-edge field of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep Medicine, Clinical Immunology, and Allergy (PCCSMCIA).
Use your expertise and administrative assistance to support the faculty and staff in this impressive division of the Department of Medicine.
Additionally, contribute to the functioning of the Academic Division Office by providing valuable analysis and support, enhancing overall productivity and effectivenessSalary : $4,633.

Qualifications
Required :
- A Masters or a minimum of 2 years of direct experience with executive level administrative support / assistance.* Demonstrated typing and word processing skills using a PC computer to prepare correspondence, reports, manuscripts and other documents with speed and accuracy using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
- Conduct and supervise responsible and complex administrative analyses requiring knowledge of University administrative organization, policies, procedures and practices;
and perform other related duties.* Demonstrated editing skills to identify errors in grammar, syntax, punctuation, and spelling and correct into proper English form.
- Detailed knowledge of the scheduling and maintenance of a complex executive calendar, arrangement of travel itineraries.
- Demonstrated expertise in triaging incoming calls and correspondence in a high volume office.* Ability to organize and analyze information and material, identify omissions and duplications and make appropriate corrections.
- Math skills sufficient to develop simple budgets and process reimbursement forms.* Working knowledge of medical and scientific terminology.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Adobe.* Ability to develop databases to develop quality and assurance.
- Demonstrated writing skills to independently compose routine business correspondence and meeting minutes into final form.
- Skill in use of data base software.
- Skill in using digital transcription equipment.* Ability to work occasional overtime and on weekends.Preferred :
- Working knowledge of University forms and procedures.* Ability to use Bruin Buy system* Ability to use Travel Express system* Familiarity with subcontracts, consultant agreements, sales and service accounts, gift processing, income accounts, travel and purchasing policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of university, NIH and other major award agencies grant and contract policies.
- Knowledge of grant preparation and submission.
- Ability to serve as liaison with PIs, department, OCGA and funding agencies.
