This position is in the Supply Chain and Finance IT PMO and will report to the Director of the PMO. This position will support the management of all the IT projects that are part of the overall project portfolio. Applies subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred. Strong skills in Project Management, Program Management and Process Analysis, and Organizational Change Management. Previous people leadership experience, preferably in a global, cross- functional environment Experience managing projects and programs using SDLC Facilitation in governance, project reviews, steering, and other project related meetings Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
