Attends and represents the Bus Service Planning Department’s interest at state, county, local and community meetings regarding issues affecting bus service. Attends public and internal employee forums as required. Maintains contact with field operating locations and on-street supervisors to monitor bus service levels and ridership. Assists in the training of service planning staff with regards to key job tasks including ridership analysis, running time analysis, printed public information generation, and field observation / route familiarization.
