As a Medical Planner on the Perkins&Will team, you will :
- Provide master planning, design, and related medical architecture expertise necessary for the design of health care facilities consistent with firm’s commitment to design, quality, and schedules and responsible to client’s needs and budget allocations.
- Work closely with the members of the health care group in order to design a project that meets the firm’s commitment to design, quality, schedules and the client’s needs, financial budget, and timetable.
- Assists the client in determining goals and objectives of the health care facility through a clear programming process.
- Assists in the production of an architectural program for clients.
- Provide leadership in order to carry out the goals and objectives of the project and communicates with team members in a timely manner.
- Prepare alternate design solutions for consideration based on client’s long-range plan during the master planning and design phases.
- Assist members of the team with schematic design phase and is responsible for all functional aspects of the proposed solutions.
- Provides room and departmental layouts and assists in the selection of building systems.
- Assist in the inclusion of program requirements during the construction document phase.
- Assist in the evaluation of existing facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
To join us, you will have :
- A professional degree in Architecture or Planning equivalent 8+ years of professional experience, Healthcare planning experience required
- Proficiency in Revit Effective interpersonal communication skills, verbal, listening and written
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
- LEED GA and Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design (LEED AP with Specialty, WELL AP, etc.) or obtained within 6 months of hire.

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $81,000 and $103,500 commensurate with qualifications
