What You Will Do Prepare environmental documents and impact analyses, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, technical reports, and permit applications. Work and collaborate with ICF environmental subject matter experts. Conduct literature research and data collection for environmental investigations and documentation. Assisting with public Involvement, agency consultation, and planning. Conducting fieldwork and attending meetings, as needed, or required. Basic Qualifications A BA / BS degree in environmental sciences, or similar discipline. 2+ years relevant professional work experience. coursework with NEPA and environmental compliance. Preferred Attributes and Experience Work experience to include preparing NEPA or other environmental compliance documentation, preferably for Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) projects. TxDOT Pre-Certification a plus. Working knowledge of environmental regulations, including NEPA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Clean Air Act, Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers, and Harbors Act, etc. Computer skills should include the MS Office Suite along with excellent technical writing and communication skills required.
