We are looking for an IT Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide first level, hands-on technical support for Binny's employees and systems. The position will be based in the Lincolnwood Corporate Office. The employee’s primary responsibility will be coverage of help desk calls and tickets. Training will be provided in the layout and operation of Point of Sale as well as Store System and Sales Order System, all of which are proprietary builds.
