Basic responsibilities include working with customers virtually, explaining our American made products, and placing any orders. There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn’t based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed. We provide all of the tools and training needed for success. Position Details : Excellent pay $22.00 base-appt not based on sales. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. Paid weekly. There is opportunity to make more, but there is still a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week. Solid training We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, customer service, & communication skills they build are needed for any field. Flexible scheduling We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some are looking for summer work, while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as other jobs, internships, vacations, classes, or family obligations. Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Trainee, you will enroll in our 12 month sales training program. Every month you will travel to Dayton for 1-2 weeks of courses covering a variety of topics, including dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. When you are not in Dayton, you will be working with your assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing the sales process and assisting them on their calls. You will also be given the opportunity to travel with our customer service and installation teams to enhance your knowledge of our products. During the 12 months of training, you can expect to travel up to 80% of the time. Once you complete the training program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional. Relocation assistance to this new territory will be provided by the company. You will then be responsible for achieving designated monthly and annual quotas by selling an assigned set of Reynolds products and services.
