Coordinator, E-Commerce Analyst

As the Coordinator, E-commerce Analyst you will be collaborating with Manager, E-Commerce on the larger scope of the business.
You will be responsible for gathering, managing, interpreting, and presenting information through comprehensive reports and presentations to the Ecommerce sales and leadership team.
Additionally, the E-Commerce Analyst must be able to listen to the sales and leadership pain points and understand departmental processes to use creative thinking and problem solving to identify business solutions which work across the entire scope of the company and maximizing the online revenue and profit of the overall E-Commerce business across all brands (Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and A X Armani Exchange).
Description of Responsibilities
- Analyze sales figures, site metrics, digital marketing KPIs and customer feedback to identify actional insights to maximize online revenues
- Develops hypothesis to improve key performance metrics and manages a testing plan, to drive quick experimentation on quantifiable improvements to the customer experience.
- Support Manager, E-Commerce during planning and deployment of efficient site merchandising strategies across all brands that balances customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
- Identify best and slow sellers to flag product replenishment needs and sales insights to the Buyer
- Provide analysis and interpretation of internal / external market data, highlighting any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase the organization’s profitability.
- Extract and organize relevant data from primary and secondary data sources for use in reporting and presentations.
- Conduct necessary analyses and present their interpretation and insight to E-Commerce team and cross-departmental teams
- Tracks new products, promotions, and special products; and provide feedback to E-Commerce team
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide insights into E-Commerce business inclusive of business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, web analytics and web technologies to facilitate channel planning and competitive strategies to gain alignment and drive consistency in our go to market programs.

Background / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science
- Minimum of 2-3 years of expertise in web analytics, with experience in E-Commerce business models
- Advanced business acumen and analytical skills, ability to control financial metrics required to achieve profit objectives
- Experience with sales analysis, and project management is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Contentsquare
- Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships across a global team at all levels in the organization
- Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills including the ability to meet external and internal deadlines is required
- Interest in fashion and luxury E-Commerce
- Advanced excel, computer skills
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range within $25-$28 per hour based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including : medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount / perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
