This position assists in planning, coordinating, and implementing all activities requiring van transportation as appropriate. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains vehicles in accordance with warranty requirements and / or internal maintenance plan to ensure safe, working order Represents the community with a positive attitude and pride when interacting with potential residents and families Transports residents to and from medical appointments, outings and shopping trips. Acts as an Activity Assistant when on excursions; stays with group at all times except for when parking the van Demonstrates ability to set priorities Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to work in an environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration Demonstrates innovation and creativity Has patience, high energy, and resourcefulness in problem solving Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION Education High School diploma or equivalent certificate preferred Have a demonstrated interest in the elderly and are knowledgeable of servicing their needs. Must have demonstrated activities / recreational experience. Possess excellent communication skills. Delivery Driver The Delivery Driver checks all products for accuracy against quality standards and delivers products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part duties. Comply with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual, PIZZAcademy, Team Member Handbook, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Responsibilities Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures; providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do. Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking orders. Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
