R esponsibilities Load up all orders according to the route set up by the supervisor. Ensure each order has its paperwork (invoices & manifests) that matches the customer, driver, and vessel. Store deliveries give customers the paperwork and follow store guidelines. Certain stores require appointments which the driver must be on time for. Driver may need to wait in line or wait for the customer to verify the products in the order. Have customers sign our copy of the manifest & invoice, collect payment. Check-into online tools after each delivery to fill out meeting notes, including issues or product returns / rejections. Collect returns if any, possibly wait for them to prepare the manifest. Collect and bring back any gas or toll receipts for company expenses. Bring back to accounting signed invoice, manifest & payment. Bring back empty boxes and any rejected orders. Work with Sales and Branding on how to present to stores and gathering necessary information. Reports to the Production Manager Secondary R esponsibilities Pick-up or deliver bulk flower or oil. Check on next day's routes and make sure the orders are printed, being worked on and going to be ready Vehicle maintenance oil change, tires, gas. The driver oversees that their vehicle is safe to drive and clean, and that its registration and insurance are always up to date. Help pick or box orders in-house as needed. Roles and responsibilities are subject to change based on the company's needs.
