Adheres to all agency policies regarding transportation of clients, vehicle operation, and accident reporting. Document client progress during transportation service. SPECIAL CLIENT ENVIRONMENT Will be working with F&CS clients, who may have greater challenges with communication due to confusion, mild agitation, or active symptoms of mental illness. Driver should be prepared to rapidly assess any potentially escalating situation and engage appropriate clinical assistance or crisis intervention services.
