Sr. Manager, Digital/Marketing Communication
The Senior Manager of Digital and Marketing Communications leads the planning, implementation, optimization, and insights / analytics of digital marketing and corporate communications initiatives to drive high-quality, low-cost leads and prospects, website and digital property engagement, and external corporate communications and brand-building initiatives.
Position is also focused on developing engaging content and thought leadership opportunities for traditional and digital media engagement at regional and national levels.
Performance and Digital Marketing
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy including budget and campaign management and optimization across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient cost per acquisition
- Establish and manage measurable objectives and KPIs for digital efforts that align with corporate priorities for lead generation and enrollment based on collaborative and close working relationships with internal leads in marketing, sales, and other areas of the business
- Align performance marketing efforts with personas, target audiences, and InnovAge brand; ensure the quality and accuracy of all digital campaign tactics
- Manage marketing landing pages on corporate website, including modifying on-page content, measuring campaign results, and identifying on-page opportunities to increase and optimize lead submissions and traffic
- Oversee agency management and optimization of digital campaigns, including SEM and SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and content discovery platforms
- Partner with Revenue Operations to provide visually-oriented, real-time and periodic analytics and action-oriented insights on digital performance across all platforms against KPIs and identified metrics
Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Establish annual and quarterly strategic earned media plan with detailed objectives and reporting metrics to build brand awareness, and support marketing and sales initiatives
- Supervise PR Manager in efforts to create high-quality, fast-turn content including pitches and news releases, associated messaging documents, talking points, FAQs, fact sheets, etc.
- Partner with Investor Relations and Legal teams in regular financial communications and filings required of public companies
- Partner with Government Affairs resources on strategic communications and issues management initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources and internal communications on relevant company-wide communications and employee events
- Along with PR Manager, serve as occasional spokesperson for the organization to quickly and efficiently manage incoming media inquiries
- Participate in crisis communications and issues management teams in line with all regulatory, legal, and other requirements and limitations
- Assist in developing multi-media content, including videos, podcasts, etc.
Social Media
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy including competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness, and encourage community members to engage with the brand
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
REQUIRED
Education
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, business administration, computer or data science, or finance; equivalent work experience can be substituted for a degree
Work Experience and Qualifications
- Seven or more years of relevant experience in a corporate or agency setting with specific focus and expertise in digital marketing and communications, including performance marketing, campaign development and implementation, and reporting and analytics
- Firm understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), ad serving tools (e.g. Facebook, Google Ads, DoubleClick), and experience management software
- Experience working with content management platforms
- Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Able to establish and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships
- Ability to act as company spokesperson as needed and read, write, and develop business emails, reports, and presentations that conform to prescribed style and format using Microsoft products including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, include CMS PACE requirements, accessibility best practices, HIPPA, and more
Preferred Experience
- Experienced with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns in regulated environments or industries such as healthcare
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and the dual-eligible population
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
