What We Need :
The Data Integrity Analyst will work on data assessment to ensure data integrity and mastering of accounts.
What You'll Do :
The Data Integrity Analyst will :
- Review, audit and cleanse account data to maintain data integrity
- Strategically review accounts for assignment to the correct hierarchies
- Create and maintain documentation on data policies
- Respond to internal customer inquiries related to sales accounts
- Be held responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standards in decision-making
- Build a strong partnership with sales managers, account executives and other business associates to maintain a deep level of trust and communication.
What You'll Need :
- Background in data-cleansing
- Knowledge of account mastering
- Knowledge of enterprise parent / child hierarchy
- Ability to work with a cross-functional teams
- Exceptional work ethic and dedication
- Demonstrated skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast, agile and nimble environment with frequent changes
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of responsibility to self, team and customer
Required Experience :
- 3+ years working in sales operations or related customer support field
- 1+ years working in account mastering and data cleansing
- 1+ Experience in Salesforce required
- Experience with CRM Fusion a plus
