Qualifications, Skills, and Experience : A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences with an emphasis on database design, development, and data management for the social or health sciences required; Master’s preferred. Minimum three years of demonstrated, high level of expertise with Excel and working with large datasets. Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
