Pay rate range : $52 .00 - $64 .00 Negotiable based upon years of experience Responsibilities : New business setup and BAU processing support o Monthly and quarterly ABS and CLO processing and related automation o Monthly report and certificate holder statement review and related automation Assist in the implementation of the migration of the ASAP 1.0 data and models to the new ASAP 2.0 environment o Assist with documentation of requirements, use cases, and related testing data o Follow detailed migration and testing scripts to : Migrate ABS and CLO deals Assist with migration of RMBS deals Test model and data for completeness and accuracy Reconcile newly migrated data with historical data Support the ongoing monthly processing and reporting requirements of migrated deals Create reconciliation and validation tools for structured finance transactions utilizing python Qualifications : Some experience in the ABS / CLO / CMBS / RMBS industry is preferred Must be proficient in a programming language, python or VBA is desirable but not required General knowledge of databases, software and overall process design is desirable BS degree in finance or a relevant quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering is highly desirable Proficiency with cash-flow modeling and reverse engineering of scrutinized products is preferred Must be highly competent with Excel Proficiency with Access, SQL, and / or ETL experience is a plus Must have strong problem solving skills, excellent work ethic, and good communication skills Must be motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Overview The Data Analyst position is responsible for managing, collecting, reporting, and analyzing data to inform academic and institutional effectiveness decision-making at Touro University.
