Researches and assesses client needs asking questions to obtain a clear understanding of client needs to make the appropriate recommendations. Determines and takes appropriate action to meet client needs. Educates new clients entering the program. Offers solutions for other related issues clients might be facing example; if they are not eligible, offer alternatives that they may be able explore.
