What you will be doing
To oversee the day-to-day operation of the Agent Administration Team. Under moderate supervision of the US Agents Manager, is responsible for ensuring that all Training, Compliance and Investigations is completed efficiently with our network of 250 Agents.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contacts agents when issues arise Makes recommendations and discusses with Agent Manager regarding the elimination of non-compliant agents and the hiring of replacements.
- Use internet, social media to look for new agents and conduct telephone interviews to evaluate reliability and character of prospective agents.
- Remove from ARC Complete Change Control form Remove from Agent Training Matrix E-mail to various departments to advise the deletion of an agent
- Add to Deletions list
- Oversee Agent Resource Center
- Adding, updating and changing pertinent information.
- Ensuring agent registration pages are current and all training is current.
- Assist Agent Manager on special projects
- Prepare CAPA and CAPA retraining forms
- Lead Investigations Implement corrective actions
- Prepare agent supply orders and forward to the packaging department
- Conduct training classes for new employees as well as retraining within the agent department
- Represent World Courier when traveling to conduct agent audits.
- Conduct routine MBR’s and QBR’s as needed.
- Oversee TMS training for Agent Admin team

Complete Change Control form
Complete Vendor Approval form
Add to Agent Training Matrix
E-mail to various departments to advise the addition of a new agent
Request MDM profile
Ensure accurate information in Carma Fleet
Update Jetstream Profile

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
College Education and / or industry experience preferred. Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through a combination of experience and education.
Normally requires two (2) and four (4) years directly related experience.

US Agent Manager
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
Mastery of WorldSTAR, OpSTAR, Agent Resource Center Proficient use of Microsoft Office Exemplary communication and organizational skills
