SUMMARY Works under the direction of the Agriculture Program Manager to ensure agricultural laborers support Tribal Farm operations. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of agricultural laborers to carry out the day-to-day activities of the operation. Supervise planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops, and the care given to the animals to support proper farm operations. Ensure that laborers are following proper environmental and safety protocols. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : Assign daily tasks for laborers such as feeding and treatment of animals, and cleaning and maintenance of animal quarters, and garden maintenance, and ensure tasks are completed.
