Call center representative
Title : Call Center Representative
Location : New York City
Duties :
Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments. Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Provide professional and quality customer service to employees through adherence to the departments scripts, and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Resolved employee inquiries utilizing system tools, reports and policies and procedures
Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up / closure
Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response of escalated inquiries
Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms
Guide employees through troubleshooting and navigation assistance with ESS, Client and ERC webpages
Collaborate with all areas of Payroll and HR to resolved employee issues
Provide coverage for Payroll Shared Services Call Center
Participate in trainings and review of communications to stay updated on applicable software, policies and procedures
Participate in special projects and perform all other duties as assigned
Skills :
1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work well under pressure due to volume and urgent nature of inquiries
Strong Functional / Technical skills
Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results
Strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written / oral communication
Education :
High School Diploma / GED.
Minimum Degree Required :
Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
