MISSION To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for all customers at the club’s Sports Bar. Greet customers with a smile as they are seated at or approach the bar. Provide menus as needed, and take customers orders in a service-oriented manner, demonstrating complete knowledge of all menu items and employing suggestive selling skills. Recognize regular customers and anticipate their needs. Produce drink orders for the cocktail and restaurant servers.
