What we are looking for in an ideal barista : Friendly and knows how to keep a clean working area and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and be a part of the team. Must be able to handle cash properly Be courteous and hard working. Food handling is a must - we require a food handler certificate such as ServSafe for the job.
