BARBACKReporting to the Restaurant Leader, the Barback is responsible for ensuring consistent order behind the bar, assisting in the preparation of bar-related goods, and maintaining proper stock and storage of tools, supplies, and products, while providing a warm and genuine service to guests.
They have a positive attitude, a strong interest in wine, spirits, and cocktails, and want to grow and expand their knowledge.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areasPerform any general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor / manager to adhere to health standardsComplete closing duties, as assigned, including, however not limited to : Properly storing goods;
