Oversee the baking process, ensuring that production is efficient and meets the demands of daily orders. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Head Baker or in a similar baking role, with a strong portfolio of baked goods. Proficient in creating and modifying recipes, with a keen sense of flavor combinations and presentation. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
