We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent analytical and communication skills and a passion for aviation to help manage our large portfolio of aviation planning projects at the nation’s largest and most exciting airports.
The successful candidate will have specific recent and relevant experience using AirTOP software by Transoft for airside, airspace and / or terminal modeling.

What You’ll Do :
Leads aspects of internal and external coordination with project team members, including other discipline areas involved with the project.
Leads client meetings, participates in client meetings and interactions.
Conducts or directs research on issues, policies, and concepts pertaining to planning, and formulates recommendations.
Develops conceptual planning alternatives for urban and transportation planning projects
Leads tasks with minimal direction related to the preparation and production of technical plans, studies, written reports, and environmental documents for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Leads public and stakeholder engagement and presents information to the community.
Leads coordination with clients, sub-consultants, and in-house personnel on a regular basis to complete assigned tasks.
Mentors and provides direction on the work of less experienced staff.
Writes major sections of and leads production of plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Also coordinates and synthesizes the contributions of others.
Provides work direction and leads Planners and support staff on assigned projects.
Research data sources, gathers data, and conducts analysis of data for use in projects.
Develops planning and analysis strategies using tools such as GIS, traffic, or safety software to manipulate data, assess scenarios, and perform project analysis.
Leads planning processes and technical solutions that best meet the project needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need :
Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering or related field and 7 yrs of relevant experience
What You’ll Bring :
Lead and direct simulations for airside and terminal projects using AirTOP software by Transoft.
Directs and oversees technical simulation work supporting a wide variety of airport planning.
Leads capacity analyses for airport facilities supported by analytical results.
Coordinates design day flight schedules (DDFS) with forecasting team as a key input to simulation modeling.
Prepares technical reports for airport planning studies including simulation assumptions.
Interprets and oversees airport simulation models.
Highly responsive to client requests.
Prepares stakeholder and public presentations.
Helps build client relationships.
Assists with business development activities including proposal preparation and interviews.
Mentors junior and mid-level staff.
