Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry! We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to oversee our Amazon business for Aroma360 and Hotel Collection brands.
Amazon Account Manager
Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of sales and inventory management for Amazon marketplace.
Optimize product listings, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and aligned with Amazon's best practices.
Knowledge of managing ad spend
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
Implement effective marketing strategies on Amazon, including sponsored ads, promotions, and other advertising opportunities.
Conduct keyword research and optimize product content to improve visibility and search rankings on Amazon.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer reviews and ratings, addressing any issues promptly and implementing strategies to improve product ratings.
Stay updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and industry trends to ensure compliance and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities of competitors on Amazon.
Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, inventory levels, and key metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts and driving sales on the platform.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, policies, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools and software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Amazon and external partners.
Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in product listings and inventory management.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising, including sponsored ads and other marketing opportunities, is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
