JOB DESCRIPTION : Zeeco is looking for self-motivated, senior-level Environmental Engineer to assist in clarifying various regulations to both internal and external customers. The Environmental Engineer will have the opportunity to implement their occupational experience in contributing to the future successes of Zeeco as a whole. JOB DUTIES : Clarifying regulations to assist product group engineers in providing solutions Dissect local, state, and federal permits Prepare Test Protocols Prepare final test reports Review and determine actions on Zeeco behalf to assist in obtaining future business Target product and / or service development gaps identified to address needs in advance QUALIFIED CANDIDATES : Preferred candidates must work well with others at various levels, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, work efficiently in our fast-paced environment, and be able to identify / influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 5+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of relevant governmental regulations Knowledge of combustion / heat transfer equipment is desired Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office Strong problem solving ability 50-80% travel including overnight. Few to no weekends. Must be able to drive a pickup truck and trailer. Basic computer skills including email, basic Word and Excel. Basic mechanical and electrical skills. Previous industrial or petroleum experience is a plus.
