Job Summary We are a homeowners association located on 56 acres of property with 725 units. We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be enforcing our community rules and regulations via reports and follow-up. Responsibilities Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility. Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility. Remove trespassers when necessary. Respond to reports of suspicious activity. Report on daily activities and any security incidents Issuing Parking citations and Door Hanger Violations, Contacting Residents and Transients Qualifications Previous experience as a Security Guard in a HOA / resident location or a similar position is preferred. Current BSIS Guard High school diploma / GED Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability. High level of integrity and professionalism Attention to detail and strong observational skills. Ability to work without direct supervision.
