The Social Worker-Flexis responsible for assisting the patients and family members in resolving environmental, financial, psychological, and social problems which affect the patient’s recovery and adversely affect the patient’s length of stay. This will include collaboration with the physicians and other staff as well as developing and maintaining good working relationships with community health, welfare and social agencies. Job Specifications - Knowledge and Skills Required : 1. Basic computer skills 2. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Preferred : 1. Experience in a hospital setting 2. Medical Terminology Job Specifications - Education and Experience Licensure(s) : (LMSW) Licensed Masters Social Worker or above Related Experience (Specify months or years) : Six months of directly related experience preferred.
