The Data Entry Specialist position provides high-quality customer service with Vert Environmental. Primary duties include handling confidential client information and following the standards of Vert. Data input of client information into the program’s database, running reports, supporting management in auditing service records. Support staff to maintain client charts from opening to closing and archiving. Greet clients and all visitors to the office or lab. Support reception staff as needed. Maintain office appearance and organization, and perform various tasks including maintaining meeting records, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, and other administrative support activities.
