The Clinical Services Team is hiring a to be responsible for the developing data management tools, reports, and data analysis to use for comparative purposes across the Behavioral Health Division of UHS.
Key Responsibilities include :
Creates data displays for facility and corporate leadership for decision making
Ability to summarize data and provide insightful reporting
Demonstrates a strong understanding of performance improvement and quality improvement principles and techniques necessary to influence change and modify systems
Qualifications
Computer science, business, or a clinically oriented bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years’ experience working in a Healthcare / Performance Improvement / Quality Improvement
Direct knowledge of data analysis techniques including statistical displays at the macro and micro levels
Experience of T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, stored procedure and SQL agent job scheduling, or other reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with SharePoint administration / maintenance or web development experience
Knowledge of Python
Direct hands-on clinical experience within a behavioral health facility, preferred
Advanced skills with standard software packages including Excel and data analytics
