Supervises Warehouse shipping and receiving activities and associates for a specific shift / area to ensure functions are performed within Company and Distribution Center guidelines.
Provides excellent customer service to stores serviced through accurate handling of inbound and outbound product. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Schedules and supervises of Inventory Control associates : Assigned Order Selectors, Receiving, Shipping or any other Warehouse personnel.
Controls production standards, accuracy of inventory, using proper accuracy programs and systems.
Processes store returns and return to vendors using proper Company policies.
Coordinates with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting, product rotation and space allocation. Maintains daily inventory and accuracy records.
Conducts daily crew meeting to discuss safety, productivity and accuracy.
Communicates with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.
Supervises scheduling of inbound load appointments.
Responsible to sign for, sort and distribute inbound, overnight carrier and mail service deliveries.
Walks warehouse daily, with Superintendent, to ensure that safety, security, sanitation and pest control codes, laws, and policies are maintained.
Develops and maintains good working relationship with all departments.
Job Requirements
Possess strong general knowledge of all warehousing operations, with prior work experience to include lead person or supervisory duties, preferably with the Company.
Possess good supervisory skills and the ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results.
Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
Requires the analytical ability to handle administrative duties and mental alertness to ensure accurate, safe, and thorough completion of work activities.
Possess the ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions.
Basic computer skills required and personal computer experience helpful, with word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Overview :
The Financial Business Analyst II plays an important role in maintaining, designing, developing, and implementing systems for use within the Finance Department.
The Analyst works closely with Finance team members and other stakeholders to identify and define their needs to support functional operations, user job functions, and day-to-day financial system needs.
This includes planning, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications as well as building and maintaining reports within our financial enterprise systems.
This role involves the frequent exercise of initiative and judgment.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Support business users, maintain, and troubleshoot Finance Systems including, but not limited to, SAP, Oracle General Ledger, Lawson ERP, Hyperion / Essbase, and Oracle EPM (Planning, Free Form, and Profitability and Cost Management)
Work with business users to understand requirements, build and maintain reports based on their specifications and needs
Document procedures and write training documents
Work from high-level or detailed requirements, to design, develop, test, and implement a variety of operational and analytical reports and dashboards
Create queries against tables used for data profiling, troubleshooting, and tactical ad-hoc reporting as needed
Assist with research, identify, and analyze the requirements of business users
Participates in systems requirements definitions testing, training, implementation, and support
Adheres to process guidelines, policies, and standards
Monitor software performance on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas
Work with team for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of issues
Provide day-to-day support to business users
Performs reconciliations on a periodic basis
Assist with maintaining SOX documentation and walkthroughs with Internal and External Auditors
Support project testing, working with the QA team, logging test results, and working with the Technical Services team
Performs other relevant job duties as required
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Systems, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Finance Systems, Finance, or Accounting
Experience working with any of the following systems : SAP, Oracle, Lawson
Experience with system implementations or upgrades
Experience with General Ledger, Financial modeling, and / or Reporting
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience working in a fast-paced high demand environment
Outstanding analytical skills (numerical, verbal)
Knowledge of Financial modeling, accounting, and reporting
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork ethic, positive proactive flexible attitude ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Strong verbal and written communications
