The Role
As our studio Creative Director you will serve as the creative leader and unifying thread across the marketing, creative, and branding efforts of each of our brands.
You will have the lead role in building out our marketing departments and will be responsible for both defining and evolving our entire aesthetic as a company and across each of our individual brands.
What You'll Do
Archetype the visual brand identity for each UJUU brand and property
Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate
Recruit, hire, direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
Supervise the creative team's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and respective marketing budgets
Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas
Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that resonates and directly speaks to our UJUU community
Revise content and presentations, approve / reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InVision, Figma, etc
A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to designing for : web, eCommerce platforms, social and emerging technologies
Proficient at developing branding, evaluating designs, and launching and tracking marketing campaigns
A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices

ABOUT THE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Within UJUU the Office Operations Department is a dynamic department that necessarily evolves as UJUU continuously matures and further realizes it’s vision.
The UJUU Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE :
Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay
Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return
Maintaining an inventory record for all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying the department manager or supervisor
Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
Managing all merchandise with appropriate care
Assisting with training of newly employed team members
Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination

We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to take the reins and strategically scale our paid social media portfolio (e.
g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Google). You will be a thought leader in the paid ads space and work cross-functionally with a group of subject-matter experts to drive business growth.
You will need to think big + creative, use data to guide your work, and be comfortable challenging convention. Role overview
Define, refine, and execute the paid social acquisition and retention strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and other key paid social channels
Lead weekly and monthly paid social media reporting with the purpose of sharing best practices and driving enhanced creative outcomes across the organization
Effectively manage budget to business goals and financial targets
Enhance social and other paid media campaigns to maximize conversion rates with high efficiency
Well-versed in the creative formats and CTAs that work best for each channel
Efficiently scale existing channels and find new channels to make sure each market segment can reach their growth targets
Experience in direct response marketing and optimizing for conversion rates
Collaborate to align campaign strategies and goals across the org
Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
Conduct in-depth analysis on Audiences, Industries, campaigns, audience targeting and overall channels performance
Actively measure and execute A / B split testing for ad copy and landing pages to ensure optimal campaign performance
Research to stay on top of the latest trends in paid social platforms
Qualities You Possess
BS and / or MS in Business, Marketing, or similar field
5+ years of relevant social media and direct-response marketing experience, ideally for a product-focused digital business (e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred) or at an agency / marketing service provider
Prior experience in a start-up or similar environment
Proficiency working in-platform across Facebook, Pinterest, etc
Knowledge of social media, performance marketing, and industry best practices
You’re a team player who can work both independently and collaboratively
You are a great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
You’re just as comfortable powering through Excel models as you are whipping up white papers or creative presentations
