Event Manager Location : Culver City, CA Pay Rate : $50-60 / hour 3-month assignment (potential to extend) Our entertainment client is looking for an Event Manager to coordinate events in support of both the theatrical and television entities. Duties : Work with the Event Lead and key internal executives in the development and execution of integrated event plans Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal and external teams on event logistics for all events including ticketing, RSVPs, Red Carpet, transportation, security, publicity, and social media needs Lead event meetings when needed and create and manage event budgets from implementation, sign off, tracking, and reconciliation Build schedule and itineraries for event needs : run of show, load-in, staffing, setup needs, talent / filmmaker itineraries Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 4-6 years of experience with large scale, high budget, premium quality event planning and execution Studio, Agency, Network, or Production experience is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop or Adobe In Design required Must be highly customer service focused with emotional intelligence Please submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
