The Project Manager reports to the Director of Project Management, and is located in Lenexa, KS or Omaha, NE.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Project Manager will assist in planning, and coordinating activities related to product installation and delivery to ensure that the goals and / or objectives of the commercial kitchen or construction project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
Reviews project plans, established work plans, installation schedules, staffing requirements and project status reports.
Coordinates activities with other areas of the Company and final customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prior exposure supporting Project Management / Construction staff
Facilities management or facilities maintenance exposure
AS / BS in Construction Management, Engineering or Industrial Technology
Client / customer contact with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Handle multiple projects, manage priorities and construction schedules
Must be able to bend, lift, push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds
Strong computer skills including Word and Excel, strong general math skills
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, exposure to AutoCAD / Revit ideal
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and all levels of staff and management
Detailed-oriented with ability to accurately execute and complete job duties
Ability to travel to job sites
TRAVEL REQUIRED :
This position requires up to 75% of travel.
Flexible in schedule to enable the company to meet customer needs overtime and weekends may be necessary and required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent working experience
3 5 years project management experience in the construction industry required
Foodservice industry experience highly preferred
Sales / distribution experience preferred
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance

The Warehouse Associate reports to Warehouse Manager, and is located in Omaha, NE.
Day Shift : 8am - 5pm
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for warehouse assistance with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy
Communicate with leadership to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications
Place received inventory in correct location
Perform picking of orders in building and assist with shipping of orders
Sort and load delivery truck
Accurate on time delivery of customer orders
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete verifying deliveries and turned back in on tim
Exceptional customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis
Experience using pallet jack, 2-wheel dolly, and order picker lift

The Delivery Driver reports to the Warehouse Manager, and is located in Omaha, NE.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Driver is responsible for delivering customers’ products to its destination in a safe and efficient manner, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Drives vehicles 26,000 lbs. or less.) Per Department of Transportation regulations, a driver must be 21 years of age or older.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Operate a Company owned vehicle in a safe manner
Drive truck to a pre-determined destination / route and make local deliveries (or within a span of 150-mile radius) - Varies per location
Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries to customers
Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules, travelling by company vehicle
Conduct daily routine inspections on vehicle
Obtains signatures and accepts payments for delivered items when required
Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries as directed
Perform normal warehouse functions such as tag all orders for proper shipping, pull orders, pack orders, etc. (or change air filters, janitorial duties, stocking, receiving) Varies per location
Use forklift to pull orders in the warehouse
Efficiently and safely use pallet jacks or 2-wheel dollies to load / unload items at warehouse and site

The Project Manager reports to the Manager of Contract Services.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Project Manager is responsible to plan, monitor, report, coordinate and oversee all aspects of installation for foodservice equipment packages.
This role is the primary bridge between the GC, sub-contractors, and our team on all construction projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Review bid and contract documents to ensure contract requirements are being met
Review manufacturers’ quotes and approve manufacturers’ shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent
Manage, & oversee job installations including the coordination of equipment loads for timely arrival
Foster teamwork with Project Coordinators ensuring timely communication on job progress and follow up
Working closely with the assigned Project Coordinator to complete work orders and equipment acknowledgments and to schedule deliveries
Obtain field measurements as needed
Manage shop drawing approval process timely to ensure installation deadlines are not missed
Attend job meetings as required
Travel to job sites and provide supervision of installers as contract requires for duration of project
Ensure jobs are installed on-time and within budget
Seek to increase gross profit on jobs whenever possible
Address warranty issues in a professional and timely manner working closely with the Project Administrator
Conduct oneself in a professional manner that fosters positive relations with customers, vendors, and internal company personnel
The ability to understand client needs, focusing on positive results
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
