Title : Security Supervisor Objective : Provide professional armed and unarmed security services by protecting individuals and properties within established company guidelines and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities : Manage, coordinate and oversee daily security functions / activities to ensure all operations run smoothly and effectively. Organize work schedule, including officers' rotations and breaks. Ensure adequate post coverage at all times. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures. Initiate disciplinary measures as needed. Document daily occurrences and follow up on any actions needed. Prepare incident, accident and other required reports. Maintain open communication with team members and assigned client representatives. Ability to identify and resolve conflicts effectively. Responsible for overall safety and security at the assigned post by applying security procedures. Present positive and professional appearance in uniforms and assigned equipment at all times. Maintain the highest standard of conduct to create optimal client confidence. Good verbal and written communication skills. Perform other duties as needed. Required Job Qualifications : High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED). Minimum of three (2) years experience as a Security Supervisor. Valid armed or unarmed security license from the State of Tennessee. Valid driver's license from state of residence. Work Environment & Activity : Duty assignments can vary from inside and / or outside, stationary and / or mobile, bicycle and / or walking or some combination.
