As a Controller, you will work with an experienced CFO to help Thrivable implement and maintain robust financial, regulatory, and compliance systems. As Controller, you will : Oversee and manage accounting, including financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, and accountant relationship Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Manage compliance for the People function, including payroll, federal / state filings, and essential onboarding / offboarding functions Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and ensure that financial goals align with overall company objectives. Requirements : At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis Solid understanding of People compliance requirements Experience working at a SaaS company Excellence in Excel or Google Sheets Exceptional communication, both in writing and orally Proven attention to detail Be within 2 hours of Cleveland Why you might be excited about Thrivable : We are working to solve a massive problem : to help healthcare companies get the patient's voice into every decision.
