Warehouse personnel duties include the unloading of trucks for receiving / processing of incoming stock and materials, picking product from stock and loading picked product onto outbound trucks based on store orders, assisting in product movement within the warehouse for purpose of consolidation and rotation, and maintenance of a clean and safe work area.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Loading and unloading of Aarons inventory on and off trucks
Product sorting and stocking as directed by management and / or supervisor and in accordance with organizational standards
May work in any dept. within the warehouse at any time during the day
No Forklift experience required. May or may not operate equipment, determined by management and operates equipment only with Aarons provided PIT training completion and certification
Labeling and serialization of product
Picking and staging of product for shipping as directed and in accordance with generated reports
Operation of RF scanners as necessary and as directed by management and / or supervisors
Knowledge of and maintain compliance with Aarons Safety Rules Training is provided.

The Details
What You Need :
Solid communication skills
Working knowledge of electronics
Desire to help customers
What You’ll Do :
Load, secure and protect merchandise
Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
Safely operate delivery vehicle
Assist in store when needed
Additional Requirements :
Age : 21 (18 in Canada)
HS diploma or equivalent preferred
Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
A valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL
No overnight travel
This is a non-exempt role, paid an hourly wage. The average pay reflected includes base wages for average hours scheduled and average incentive compensation for this role over a twelve-month time period.
