Tatsu Ramen is looking for dishwashers! RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensure the cleanliness of every dish, pot, pan, and ware that goes to the kitchen and our guests Check all chemical and detergent levels at the start of each shift Maintain an organized washroom environment Replenish dry wares to proper location when needed Remove all trash to proper receptacles Replenish sanitizer solution throughout line every 4 hours Maintain stock at all hand washing stations Maintain clean bathrooms hourly Maintain clean trash area, alley, and points of entry hourly Daily Side cleaning Keep alley clean and laundry hampers neatly organized. MSDS / Chemical Safety Maintain safe, clean, and organized walkways in the kitchen. Other tasks as specified by management to the benefit of cleanliness and organization REQUIREMENTS : 1+ year dishwashing experience Be comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment Tatsu's iconic taste started with recipes created in a home kitchen and was perfected by ramen experts, who flew in from Japan, through the customization of personal tastes and preferences.
