Job Summary A Taste of Belgium Bartender is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, personalized service, and a truly unforgettable experience. The Ideal Candidate will excel in the following areas Hospitality Outgoing, sparkly and friendly Attentive; ensuring that our guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service Outstanding communication skills Love working in a team environment to achieve goals and provide top notch service Has a passion for great food and beverages Teamwork Work as a TEAM - assist in the service of ALL guests Perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time Perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning Restock and maintain supplies throughout shift Attention to detail Ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately Proper and accurate cash handling and credit card processing Knowledge of all menu offerings and prices Adhere to all local and State liquor service laws Environmental Requirements AM and weekend availability Ability to stand for long periods of time with periods of moving quickly, bending, lifting and twisting Ability to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
